Fantastic organisation to deal particlarly in respect to communication and price - they couldn't be beaten. They are the total professionals which is up by their knowledge around river cruising - second to none. Highly recommended

Really great service, with great prices. Well done to Alex for securing business class fares for us to Europe, and to Sharon for similarly getting a great price for a Norwegian fjords cruise.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. A pleasure to deal with these people.

Excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Always find the best deals.

Flat Beds have been fantastic in facilitating our trip, this is our second booking through Sara at Flat Beds and we have been very happy with her advice and professional friendly service!

I have been dealing Flat Bed Tour & Cruise for many years, I am sure that when the staff hear my name, they are thinking not Claude again. but throughout all my dealings they have been very helpful, any questions that I have inquired about have been answered quickly. Thank you to Genevieve and Madeleine

This is the second time we have used Flat Beds and Sharon has been our consultant both times. She has been extremely helpful and knowledgable and very patient with all of our questions to get our holiday just right. I would highly recommend Flat Beds for their efficiency, service and pricing.

Sharon and all the team that we have ever dealt with have been extremely helpful. Making our travel experience very easy and stress free.
