The Gant Aspen offers 140 individually owned condominiums, ranging from one to four bedrooms, categorized as Standard, Deluxe, or Premier. Each unit features a full kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, spacious living and dining areas, and a private balcony or patio. Premier units are professionally decorated with high-end furnishings and upgraded appliances, while Deluxe units offer tasteful enhancements over the Standard category. All accommodations include daily housekeeping, complimentary Wi-Fi, and access to concierge services.

Guests enjoy a range of resort amenities, including two heated outdoor pools, three hot tubs, a fitness center, and five tennis courts.
