Emerald Cruises & Tours has announced that the Emerald Kaia has successfully completed her sea trials in Halong Bay, Vietnam. This brings the luxury yacht one step closer to her inaugural sailing from Cyprus to Athens on 4 April 2026.

What to Expect Onboard
With a capacity for 128 passengers, this new superyacht promises a larger guest ratio than the earlier Emerald yachts. Guests can look forward to reimagined Sky Deck cabanas, varied dining options, indoor/outdoor sun and pool lounges and a gym where you train inside or outside, meaning you can even dip in the sea after your session!
Some standouts include the Marina Platform, the Aqua Pool and Deck and exceptional dining experiences. These dining areas include;
- La Cucina Dining and Terrace: Emerald Cruises signature restaurant offers buffet breakfast and lunch and a gourmet a la carte for dinner with al fresco dining options. Watch the Chefs in action with the new open plan kitchen.
- Night Market Grill: A new Asian-style dining experience exclusively available for only 8 guests. Available at an additional cost.
- Aqua Pool and Cafe: At the aft of the yacht on the sun-kissed Pool Deck, take a leisurely dip in the infinity-style Aqua Pool. Enjoy light al fresco refreshments at the Aqua Cafe while admiring the expansive views unfolding before you.
