Gen has worked in the travel industry for 20 years in roles including a Tour Manager in Europe, retail, corporate, training and operations. Gen is passionate about travel and has visited over 50 countries with a highlight being able to view the gorillas in their natural habitat in Rwanda. Outside of work Gen enjoys playing baseball and volunteering at the club as a coach for her daughters team.

Michaela has 20 years experience working in a travel including with Garuda Indonesia and Malaysia Airlines, wholesale travel and retail travel training. After a 2 year break during COVID, she missed being a part of the travel industry and joined RoundAbout Travel. Outside of work, Michaela is taking her 2 kids to various sports and enjoys playing tennis. She is a tragic Collingwood supporter but don’t hold that against her!

Alana Sale is the Luxury Travel Manager at Onboard Luxury, with over 20 years of experience working with top brands like Flight Centre and Travel Associates, Alana creates unforgettable holidays, tours, and cruises catering for the discerning traveller. Outside of work, Alana is a big fan of the gym, sports, and great food and wine. Having travelled to more than 40 countries, she often plans her own trips around incredible food and wine experiences.

Kristy has been working in the travel industry off and on for 15 years, in both retail and wholesale roles. Amongst stints living in Scotland and Canada, she enjoys travelling the world, with some of her favorite travel memories (so far) being zip lining into a cenote in Mexico, and watching the sunrise over Angkor Wat. When she’s not working or wrestling her two small children.

Sharon has been in the travel industry for 33 years and loves all things tour and cruise. Her favorite destinations are Italy and the USA. When she’s not working, she loves eating out and hanging out with her grandchildren.

Sarah has been in the Travel Industry for over 9 years, having worked in Retail travel, Corporate travel and Hotel Management. Travel is at the heart of everything Sarah does. Sarah has toured with luxury operators like Scenic and Rocky Mountainner, along with some small-group operators like Intrepid and G Adventures. Sarah’s most memorable flights were Business Class with Qatar and Emirates.

With over 13 years of experience in the travel industry, including 8 years managing retail travel businesses, Nat brings a wealth of experience and passion for creating exceptional travel experiences. Outside of work, she’s a busy mum to two young children and enjoys exploring wineries, attending festivals, relaxing at the beach, and discovering family-friendly cafes.

With 15 years of expertise spanning the retail and wholesale sectors of the travel and tourism industry, Julia is a seasoned professional, proficient in sales, product coordination, and operations. Hailing from Germany, Julia’s wanderlust led her on extensive journeys throughout Europe before embracing Australia during her backpacking adventures. Beyond her professional pursuits, Julia finds solace and adventure in hiking and cycling.

Liz has over 20 years of experience in the travel industry and a deep love for travel. Her favourite destinations are Venice, Italy & Phuket. Next on the ‘Travel Wishlist’ is New York! Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time with her 2 children & cavoodle. Rosie. She loves family camping trips, relaxing by the beach or pool and watching her kids play sports.
