The promoter is Complex Travel Group Pty Ltd (ABN 92 168 230 387) trading as Flat Beds Tour + Cruise, located at Level 7, 99 Gawler Place, Adelaide SA 5000 (“the Promoter”).
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who reside in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT, or TAS.
2.2 Residents of the ACT are excluded from this promotion.
2.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter or its related entities are not eligible to enter.
2.4 By entering this competition, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2.5 The prize is valid for residents of Australia who are 18 years or older. If the main prize winner is under 21 years of age, their companion traveller must be at least 21 years old.
2.6 The winner and their travel companion must travel together.
3.1 The promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on 3 November 2025 and closes at 5:00pm AEDT on 28 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
3.3 This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
4.1 To enter, participants must book a Viking Cruise (River or Ocean) with Flat Beds Tour + Cruise during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Bookings must be deposited with the Promoter by 5:00pm AEDT on 28 November 2025.
4.3 Each eligible Viking Cruise booking equals one entry. There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided each entry is linked to a separate, valid, deposited booking.
4.4 Cancelled or refunded bookings are ineligible.
4.5 Entries are automatically recorded at the time of deposit. No additional registration is required.
4.6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
5.1 The prize is based on an 8-day Viking Ocean Cruise from Barcelona to Lisbon, departing 6 December 2027, valued at AUD $4,995 per person (total prize value AUD $9,990 for two people).
5.2 The prize includes the cruise fare for two passengers in a stateroom category as determined by the Promoter and Viking Cruises.
5.3 Stateroom Details: The prize includes a Category F stateroom (River) or Category V2 (Ocean), based on double occupancy. A paid upgrade can be requested, subject to availability, with the cost being the difference between the standard stateroom (F) or Veranda (V2) and the higher category.
5.4 Flights, transfers, travel insurance, and additional expenses are not included.
5.5 The prize is based on the itinerary available at the time of promotion and is subject to change.
5.6 The itinerary and dates are an example only. The final cruise departure is subject to mutual agreement between the winner and the Promoter. The winner may choose an alternative 8-day Viking Cruise of similar value, valid for travel in 2026 or 2027, subject to availability and Viking Cruises’ standard booking terms.
5.7 Blackout Dates: Travel is not permitted in June, July, or August of 2026, 2027, or 2028. This prize is also not valid on Christmas itineraries.
5.8 Forfeiture: If you are unable to accept the prize as stated, you will forfeit the prize.
5.9 The total prize pool value is AUD $9,990.
5.10 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6.1 The winner will be drawn at random using a computer-generated selection process under the supervision of a representative of the Promoter to ensure fairness and compliance with trade promotion standards.
6.2 The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office located at Level 7, 99 Gawler Place, Adelaide SA 5000, on 2 December 2025 at 3:00pm ACDT.
6.3 The winner will be notified in writing via the contact details provided at the time of booking within five (5) business days of the draw.
6.4 The winner’s last name, first initial, and postcode will be published on the Flat Beds Tour + Cruise website and social media (www.flatbedstravel.com.au) within 30 days of the draw date and will remain visible for at least 30 days.
7.1 The Promoter will make two (2) attempts to contact the winner, up to seven (7) days apart.
7.2 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and will be redrawn (an unclaimed prize draw) in accordance with these Terms.
7.3 The winner agrees to the use of their first name, initial of surname, and state of residence for publicity purposes in marketing and media channels, without compensation.
8.1 If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00pm ACST on 6 January 2026 at Level 7, 99 Gawler Place, Adelaide SA 5000.
8.2 The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted via a computer-generated random selection process.
8.3 The unclaimed prize winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the draw.
8.4 The unclaimed prize winner’s last name, first initial, and postcode will be published on the Flat Beds Tour + Cruise website and social media (www.flatbedstravel.com.au) within 30 days of the unclaimed prize draw and will remain visible for at least 30 days.
9.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant found to have tampered with the entry process or provided false information.
9.3 The prize is subject to Viking Cruises’ terms and conditions, including any operational or itinerary changes beyond the Promoter’s control.
9.4 If the prize or part of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or similar value.
9.5 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or prize winner in connection with this promotion or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9.6 The winner is responsible for ensuring they meet any passport, visa, vaccination, and health requirements for travel.
9.7 Personal information provided by entrants will be handled in accordance with the Complex Travel Group Privacy Policy, available at https://www.complextravel.com.au/privacy.
9.8 If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, and all entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
